How the Estimates Work
Every estimate uses per-square-foot cost ranges calibrated to national construction pricing for the specific building type and finish level. Regional cost adjustment, add-ons, and specialty line items (for car wash, self-storage, and flex space) are applied to produce a realistic planning range. These are directional estimates for early-stage budgeting and design decisions — not binding quotes. Actual costs depend on your specific site, contractor, and local market.
