How the Estimates Work
Every estimate uses per-square-foot cost ranges drawn from national construction pricing data. We account for building type (pole barn, steel, stick-built), square footage, and optional add-ons like concrete, electrical, and insulation. The result is a low–high range that reflects typical project costs — not a binding quote. Actual costs vary by location, contractor, and site conditions.
